류희주 박사

Introduction

류희주 박사는 Fred Hutch Cancer Center의 Evan Newell 교수님 연구실에서 Post-doctoral fellow로 일하고 있습니다. 서울대학교에서 박사과정동안 CD4 T세포와 B 세포 관련 연구를 진행하였으며, 특히 ‘지방대사체의 면역병리’ 개념을 발견하여 ‘심혈관요소 조절을 통한 면역질환 치료’라는 이론의 기반을 확립하였습니다. 현재 Fred Hutch에서는 싱글셀 분석법을 활용하여 항원특이적인 T세포 반응을 연구하고 있습니다. 이를 활용하여 암특이적인 면역반응의 조절기전, 백신에 의한 면역반응 등을 연구하고 있습니다.
