[발표 주제] 지방조직 유래 미세혈관 절편을 기반으로 한 줄기세포치료제 연구

Introduction

박규태 박사님은 현재 지방조직 및 편도선 유래 중배엽 줄기세포 기반 허혈성 질환 및 족부궤양 치료제 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 이와 별도로 염증조절 및 혈관재생 펩타이드 기반 약물 전달체를 활용한 피부 염증 질환에 대한 연구도 병행하고 있습니다. 대부분 전임상 실험 위주로 진행하고 있으며, 특히 수술적 방법 및 약물 유도를 통한 동물모델 구축 후 약물 및 세포 투여를 통한 치료효능 검증 연구를 주로 진행하고 있습니다.
