조쌍구 교수

Introduction

건국대학교 줄기세포재생공학과 조쌍구 교수팀 (분자세포리프로그래밍 (Molecular & Cellular Reprogramming) 실험실) 은 발생, 세포사멸 (apoptosis), 자가소화작용 (autophagy) 및 세포리프로그래밍에 관련된 세포 신호전달 과정을 여러 가지 분자세포생물학적 방법으로 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 다양한 물질을 이용한 줄기세포 및 암줄기세포 리프로그래밍 조절, 세포 신호조절을 통한 세포 내 다양한 생리 현상 연구, 세포 내 중요한 기작인 apoptosis, autophagy, cancer stem cell, iPSC (induced pluripotent stem cell) 관련 신호전달 분석 및 조절 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 이들 연구를 바탕으로 얻어진 분자세포생물학적 연구 결과를 질환 치료제 및 생리활성 물질 개발, 줄기세포를 이용한 맞춤 세포 치료제 개발 등에 적극적으로 응용하여 상용화 기술 개발에 매진하였습니다.
