Introduction
김송자 교수는 현재 국립공주대학교 자연과학대학 생물학과 교수로 재직 중이며 주요 연구 분야는 분자세포생물학, 면역학, 생명공학 입니다. 현재 세포신호네트워크 연구실을 운영하며 동물 모델을 이용하여 세포내에서 일어나는 여러가지 분자, 생화학적 조절 메커니즘을 구명 및 단백질 신호전달 네트워크를 구축하고, 이를 통하여 관련 질병 치료에 기초적인 학무적 토대를 제공함에 목표를 두고 있습니다. 특히, 관절 연골 세포 및 조직과 골육종 암세포에서 이러아는 염증 및 퇴행성 반응의 분자적 조절 메커니즘을 규명하여 위 질병을 제어할 수 있는 새로운 유전자 동정 및 치료기술을 탐색, 확립하고자 합니다. 이 외에도 암세포주에서의 신호전달네트워크 규명 및 치료, 제어기술 탐색 / 연골발생 이상 및 퇴행성관절염 제어 표적발굴 / EST 분석을 통한 조절유전자 및 단백질 발굴과 기능연구 /신종 유기 화합물 제조 및 합성을 통한 치료약제 개발 등을 연구합니다.
